Alina exhibited such a caring personal touch of medical care. Our wait time in the room was minimal and stayed with my child to make sure she was comfortable during treatment. We didn't feel like a chart being marked off.

Same as above. And worth saying twice. Alina couldn't have been more kind, patient, helpful and thorough in discussing my Covid concerns and advising treatment. She took time to complete and print a thorough After Visit Summary at the end of our session, which was near the end of the day. The clinic was about to close. I really felt the "care" part of that healthcare experience.
