My PCP is one of the best! She is knowledgeable and forward-thinking. Above all she listens to her patients and invites them to be partners in their care. In a time when medical care delivery has become corporate and rote, the experience with my PCP still feels personalized to my specific needs as a patient and I value that.

Dr Tuchman has been our primary since 2022 when we moved from CA. My husband passed away in September 2025. She has been an outstanding Dr for both of us. Knowledgeable, compassionate, always responsive to messages sent through the portal. I could go on & on about her excellent qualities both as a physician & a person.

Fantastic doctor. She was prepared to see me, as it was evident that she had looked through my chart ahead of time. She's very thorough, she had dug deeper into my records and found a recent CT scan, ( taken for a shoulder displacement,) showing some calcification in my arteries. Which was something I was never told about.Im very thankful to get ahead of any possible future medical issue. Dr. Tuchman is very personable and easy to talk to.

Doctor Tuchman takes a great interest in her patients. In my particular case, she informs me of any medical needs in a clear and precise manner. She also allows me to take part in any decisions concerning my care. I believe she goes the extra while listening attentively to my concerns. Doctor Tuchman (in my opinion) is the best if any primary care doctor that works at Northwestern Hospital.

I have so many reasons for my high rating for Dr Tuchman but the most important is her caring and loving ways towards her patients. Honestly, I have never met a physician who is more empathetic and calming than her. My elderly parents are also her patients and the level of care she gives all of us is exceptional in every way. Not only is she brilliant, but she also has the gift of excellent people skills. I feel so lucky that we found her because she truly is one in a million!!
