Professional, knowledgeable and personable, Paulina conducted an unhurried intake exam with friendly and competent assistance by a student. I was very pleased with Paulina's confident recommendation to consult with at least one, and probably two specialist MDs based on findings from my audiology exam and report of subjective symptoms.

I can't begin to say enough. She spent a lot of time with me to get to know me and understand what was happening. She has an incredible bedside manner. She didn't brush anything off or rush me. She listened to everything I had to say. I still am unsure what is going on, but she gave me a solution for now and then told me what to do if things don't change. She also prefaced that she is available if I have any questions or problems.

Paulina Kocon was extremely gracious and superbly competent in administering my scheduled audiology test. And she went the extra distance to check out my hearing aids and the charging case. When she determined that one of the aids wasn't charging properly, she looked up my records and informed me that it is still covered under the warranty (what a relief!). She then proceeded to send the defective equipment to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. I am deeply grateful to her for providing the holistic care I needed.
