I can't say enough good things about Paulina_she's simply awesome! From the moment I walked in, her warmth, patience, and genuine care put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns (no rushing) and explained every step of the testing and fitting process. Paulina's expertise is obvious, but it's her kindness and attention to detail that make her stand out. I've been to several hearing centers and it always felt like buying a used car. Paulina asked questions, listened to my responses and used that to make suggestions that fit me. Thanks!
