Dr Thomas and her nurses never seem to be in a rush to complete my appointment and dash off to the next one. They take the time to answer any questions and explain "what's going on" re medical tests and conditions. She is also exceptionally good about post-appointment follow-up. I also appreciate that she doesn't prescribe antibiotics as a universal cure all, but only when medically needed. I remember once being prescribed for one, and being told that it was important to take a pro-biotic at the same time to minimize any adverse side effects from the strong antibiotic.
