Very mindful, describes procedures, open for questions, allows time for decisions. Dr Kiley is relatable, and her actions show she cares and knows about you. Sometimes I feel things go very quickly, but I believe it is due to the fast-pace required at such a Hospital.

Dr. Jessica Kiley was the most phenomenal doctor I have ever met. I feel honored that she performed my surgery. I went in for a procedure that causes more emotional trauma than physical, and Dr. Kiley was so patient with me & let me make my own medical decisions. I’m so grateful that during an extreme unfortunate scenario dr. Kiley could provide me with comfort. Her resident Torey was so kind and she is going to make a fantastic doctor one day. Northwestern is the most fantastic hospital, taking the best care of people. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kiley her staff and northwestern.
