5.0 star star star star starI can't say enough good things about Dr. Schneider. He is a tremendous asset to your organization. Being 70 I have been to more than a few doctors over the years. Dr. Schneider is at the top of the list, and I have an awesome PCP who I have been going to for 25 years. While I am sure all your doctors are competent at their craft, Dr. Schneider has the unique ability to develop instant trust in him. His communication skills are "off the chart". I never once felt "rushed". He took all the time I demanded, even if I was talking about something completely unrelated to my surgery or care. I am pretty good of judge of character and Dr. Schneider is the type of person I could hang around with. I'm certain all his patients feel the same way. Give this guy a raise. He deserves it as he adds a tremendous amount of value to your organization. Oh yeah, he's a damned fine surgeon as well. (You'll get my humor eventually)

5.0 star star star star starDr Schneider has been amazing from the beginning. Willing to answer any and all questions, never felt rushed during visits and I knew quickly I was in the best of hands for my surgery. He checked in on me post surgery and ensured I had everything I needed for recovery. You can tell Dr Schneider genuinely cares for his patients and it made all the difference to me as a patient.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Alexander Schneider is absolutely amazing! I accidentally went to the wrong location and he was still willing to see me. As soon as he came into the room his presence was light hearted and fun. He introduced himself to my husband and I and was already joking with my husband (his name is Alex as well) so it made the appointment warm. Dr. Schneider is extremely knowledgeable with my condition and answered all of my concerns and worries. Reassured me that he didn't think I'd needed surgery but would get another opinion from his neurosurgeon (which I truly appreciate). Dr. Schneider put all my worries and fears and ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Schneider to anyone and everyone!

5.0 star star star star starOn Halloween 2024 I visited Dr. Schneider because a PA in Mokena urgent care diagnosed me with potential sinusitis. I had spent 7 weeks telling my oral surgeon that something was not right after the surgery he performed the first week in early September. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Dr. Schneider discovered an oral infection that had traveled through my sinuses all the way up to my forehead and beyond. His gentle bedside manners helped me feel safe and well cared for. He was thorough and explained everything in great detail about what needed to happen to get me well. He is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He saved my life.

5.0 star star star star starI have never had such a great experience with a physician. He is thorough, kind, very patient, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Most importantly, he and Dr. [last name] did a phenomenal job taking care of my CSF leak. Something that I have been dealing with for years only to be dismissed by two other doctors. I am so grateful that I finally landed where I needed to be. Thank God I found Dr. Schneider!

5.0 star star star star starI've neither breathed better through my nose since Dr Schneider preformed surgery and monitored my healing process. I have had many surgeries on my nose to improve breathing. But his expertise has had outstanding results.

5.0 star star star star starI have over 14 doctors on my care team and he is one of the few who didn't gaslight me from the getgo. I actually feel optimistic that some of my issues will be constructively addressed with him
