Michelle is simply great. Compassionate and caring, and yet very to the point an no-nonsense. How does she do that? Nobody knows. She has patience of a saint. Explains everything several times, if needs be. This is not something you typically see in medical establishments.

Very detailed. Provided all the info I needed, explained what various images, which were taken during the surgery, mean, and most importantly, was very patient in hearing all of my concerns.
