It's very important for me that my doctors actually listen and process what I'm saying or experiencing. Dr. Ruckman made me feel valued and she was very thorough and actually took steps to find out what may be causing me to experience what I've been dealing with. I'm glad she didn't just want to prescribe me medication and send me on my way.

10/10 would recommend. She was incredibly prepared and kind—knew my medical history, brainstormed other options, and helped with a complicated prescription. I’ve been to a lot of neurology appts and she was awesome.

Her bedside manner is professional. She listened to every concern and addressed them accordingly. She managed to give me a complete exam and come up with a plan on how to move forward within the time she allotted. So I never felt rushed or not cared for. She explained medical terminology to where I can understand. It felt good to sit with a doctor who didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient. I can tell her patients are taken care of. I learned so much in such a short visit from her.
