Kaitlyn is excellent! She is kind, very compassionate and concerned with my problem, she listens and asks questions and explains in detail. She has been so informative to me, I am so grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and diagnosis. She was able to fit me into her schedule at a short notice. She is a really nice lady and I am very thankful to have her!

Kaitlyn is great. I drive an hour to get Botox from her as she is superior to anyone else I've been injected by. I'm only staying with nwm for her, otherwise I would switch to another neurologist and Botox specialist that is closer

Kaitlyn is an incredible provider! She spent so much time discussing all my treatment options with me and really made me comfortable and feel seen. She is super personable and made me feel like she really cared about what was going on with me, which is so hard to find in a provider. She took her time to get to know me too, which I really appreciate. I didn't feel rushed and felt informed leaving my first appointment with her.

I had an appointment today with Kaitlyn Ruckman, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She was incredibly calming, considerate, compassionate, and genuinely caring from the moment she walked in. Kaitlyn exemplifies exactly what every patient hopes to find in a medical professional_someone who listens, advocates, and treats you with the same care she would give her own family. Her dedication and bedside manner made a huge difference in my experience. Two thumbs up and 5+ stars! Highly recommended. (And I am very picky!...just saying!) Her medical assistant Pam was nice as well! Thank you!

Kaitlyn Ruckman was amazing during our visit (telehealth). She had read all of my clinical notes ahead of time, listened and asked thoughtful questions, and came up with multiple next steps to ensure my problems are resolved. She went above and beyond to help me. After more than a year of feeling frustrated with no answers or relief for debilitating migraines, I finally feel like we're making progress!
