Dr. Ruckman was absolutely wonderful, thorough and informative on a lot I was not aware of. She was careful to asses my needs and explain suggested new methods. I could only hope that there are more doctors that express genuineness instead of disassociation. I look forward to her being my doctor until she retires!

My score is based solely on the fact that I followed Kaitlyn from the downtown location to Orland Park because she is the best, most compassionate migraine specialist I have had in my life. This commute is not easy for me because I don't have a car. It usually involves me taking a Metra with my bicycle to ride to my appointments because she is that good.

Dr Kaitlyn is AWESOME! I wouldn't take the time to write a review if it wasn't 100% worth it since I've had bad encounters at Northwestern in the past but not this Doctor! She takes the time to listen to you to determine what is best for your body rather than pushing the new and latest medicine. She takes time to explain what is happening and why and what she will do about it. I truly could not have found a better neurologist. After dealing with a different neurologist for 15+ years and not feeling heard, I wish I would've found Dr. Kaitlyn sooner! 10000/10 would recommend!

Kaitlyn is great. I can't say enough to thank her for her help. She told me in our first visit years ago that people "don't just get headaches". That was what doctors here had told me. I tried NM Neurology as a last resort and am so thankful I found Kaitlyn. I have much fewer and weaker headaches. They don't rule my life and change my schedule. I can say it has actually improved yearly since I started treatment. Life changing, as dramatic as that sounds. Thank you, Kaitlyn.
