5.0 star star star star starMy score is based on how orderly things flow by the front desk as patients take their seat before being called by name to be seen. I didn't see Sarah at the beginning. Questions were forwarded to her, if necessary, and returned to assist with the patient's progress. I was pleased to see her because she helped make the walk-in visit worth the time. Sarah I. Nuno-Basuel, APRN is an asset to the Care Team and those behind the scenes. I thank all involved for their teamwork shown each time and people who have a need to walk-in for treatment.

5.0 star star star star starI love â¤ï¸ here. , very nice and she came back in the room to give me an update on me while I was waiting letting me know she was with a patient but she didn’t forget me but just wanted to inform that she would be back . Very good bedside manner.

5.0 star star star star starVery fast service. I suspected a UTI and provided a urine sample. Then I was told I could leave. As soon as I stepped outside, the nurse practitioner called, talked with me about symptoms and told me to pick up a prescription. I was only in the building for 15 minutes or so. Never have I experienced such fast, competent care.

5.0 star star star star starShe has a very pleasant warm approach. She listened carefully as to why I came to urgent care. She then provided a comprehensive summary of testing, medication, as well as a referral to an ENT. She also indicated that she would call later today to follow up with the results

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
