My husband was in pain, cranky and sometimes yelling. Heather found common topics with my husband to calm him and get thru his dementia to let him know she heard his complaints and discussed all treatments and subsequent diagnosis. She is empathetic and easy to discuss the problems and plan of care

Heather was the attending who helped me. I was in so much pain. She was very kind, supportive and professional. She was also very thorough. I got the impression that she went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
