At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
I think the hospital has always treated me very professionally. My Dr. is very professional and very kind, his name is Dr. Matthew O'Brian. He treats me with respect and has always given me great advice and I truly trust him.
Dr. O'Brien & his staff are always very professional. Dr.O'Brien always makes sure all of my questions are answered as well as the questions I should ask but did not. He makes sure that I understands what is being discussed.
I can't imagine any patient meeting Dr. O'Brien and not forming a very favorable opinion and feeling of trust that validates the decision to be treated by him and the team in the internal medicine department at Northwestern Medicine.
The very personalized care and consultative patient centric approach of this department truly instills a tremendous amount of trust that patients need and feel especially during the pandemic. Dr O'Brien really has the ability to connect with his patients in a very special way.
Dr O'Brien is my ‚hero‚ and not just my doctor. His recommendations, medical advice and willingness to help with issues related to my health sometimes SURPRISES ME. (He just go out of his way to help. Completely antithetical to how some physicians operate, unfortunately, He always makes me feel I can surmount my ‚health challenges‚.He's a very good doctor and motivates me to challenge myself. Couldn't ask for a better physician.I need more than 5 stars to RATE HIM.
Because I like it better then having to wait in all the lines of people to get in to see my doctor and with this pandemic I think it's even better being about to do this visit this way it is a safer way for him as well as for me
Patient, good listener, nice but matter of fact with regard to care and treatment options. Makes me feel respected and cared for vs some doctors who tend to rush one through without explaining things as much.
