Same as above she is compassionate, listens and talks out a plan of care, is firm but light hearted too. For example I had a concern about my big toe, she examined the toe and said I need not be concerned. I said good and that maybe I just needed a new pair of shoes. She agreed, smile and laughed when I said that my doctor recommended a new pair of shoes. Smile, we did. Thank you for the care she and the NW team gives

She is wonderful! She really listens to me and takes the time to answer my questions. She will make recommendations for treatment, but I appreciate that she never tries to force her treatment options on me. She takes my feelings into consideration and respects whatever final decision I make. I'm not judged for it.
