Emily is the absolute best in her profession. I saw her today and she was very patient and eased my fears. The entire care team is wonderful. I always feel relaxed and never feel rushed. It's unfortunate that I am ill right now but I couldn't be in better hands than the hands and care of NM.

Very empathetic and knowledgeable. Assured me that my concern was valid and understandable. Clearly explained what exactly was happening to my body and how it happened without any guilt trips or blame. I have had many doctors totally ignore my concerns because of my weight. They always just say something along the lines of "well, if you went on a diet..." Even if I'm sitting on their examination table because of an ear ache. That didn't happen here. Just list of potential causes and how to treat the issue.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Emily Williams. From the very first appointment, she made me feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. She took the time to listen to my symptoms, patiently answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly in a way that made me feel empowered and informed about my health. Dr. Williams is not only incredibly knowledgeable in her field, but she also brings a sense of calm and compassion that instantly builds trust. She never rushed through visits, and she made sure every concern I had was addressed. What stood out the most was her genuine empathy_she treats her patients like people, not just a medical chart.

She listened and answered my husband questions. Unfortunately on the way home the hospital called and they don't take my insurance. After 25 plus years I have to find a new doctor and get a colonoscopy. My Crohn's is back and I can't do anything no medication or testing. I'm so upset.
