5.0 star star star star starDr. Kandula is very friendly and helpful in determining the best course of action/medications that would work for me. She listens to my concerns and if she's not sure of the answer she will research for me and get back to me as quickly as possible. She has a calm demeanor I appreciate as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kandula is beyond knowledgeable. She is reasonable and understands caring for the patient as a whole. She has keen understanding of the human body and how to help a person stay healthy, live healthier and what happens under most any illness. She coordinates care and works and is respected by doctors in other specialities. She is a caring person and is, in my honest opinion the epitome of what every doctor ought to be.

5.0 star star star star starshe is very experienced Doctor. Every time I see her, Dr. Kandula's diagnosis is amazingly and interestingly is to the point and very accurate relative to my specific illness of the time as I observed her work in following up my condition relative to her treatment for several months and years after I visited her. In all her diagnoses and treatments are very accurate i.e. (in my experience) which is really a very rare and exceptional consistency, as I personally observed it repeatedly.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kandula is probably the best physician my mom, who is now 83, has ever seen in her life. Dr. Kandula was thorough, caring and we felt like we were the center of care and compassion. She also had good knowledge about my mom's condition and followed up afterwards to say that she was communicating with my mom's regular geriatrician. If you get Dr. Kandula as your doctor, count yourself lucky as medical visits and providers continue to get more automated, and less humanistic. Thank-you Dr. Kandula!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
