I met with Nurse Practitioner, Giselle, and we discussed that Afib recurred with me; however, I was not willing to take the anti-arrhythmic medication, [RX]. I have too many other issues that could complicate the use of this medication. In addition, I don't want to feel worse than I already do. Giselle, was knowledgeable, listened carefully to what I had to say, understood my concerns, discussed options and helped me make an appointment with an electrophysiologist as soon as possible. I am appreciative of her assistance.

Giselle was very thorough and explained all my test results for me to understand. She took her time and made sure that I was satisfied with all the explanation of the test results. She's very caring, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. It's obvious she has a passion to help and answer all her patients concerns. She's definitely an asset to the Northwestern medical group!
