5.0 star star star star starI’ve never done a phone appt before. I was thrilled that I didn’t have to wait an estimated three hours to see a physician so I said the phone appt was fine. The Dr was thorough, asked many questions and answered my questions.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderHe did his best, but I haven't heard from him since. I was told that once something was detected, I would receive further information. And if some did call I requested communication via my chart as well. Therefore there is really not excuse for the ball drop.

5.0 star star star star starZoran, Has a kind and friendly bedside manor. Listen to the dressed all my needs. And even when I had to step out because roadside assistance was here for my car. He was beyond gracious when my results weren't back yet and said you could either come back or I can call you. And when my results came back he called told me the outcome and then also let me know a list of medications he was calling into the pharmacy to help with the symptoms. Reassured me that I can be around my family not to share like cups and bowls and that type of thing but in general we can be in the same place.

5.0 star star star star starI explained my situation having gotten Covid over a weekend, and had a couple bad days, but wondered if I ahould still take Paxlovid or this other drug O had heard about for Covid. I told him that Paxlovid is a bitter med and it tended to come up on me, but he mentioned that it’s for the virus and could still continue with Sudafed and acetaminephin. I know I’m over the worst part for now. Just need to make sure I’ve nipped it in the bud and have no long term issues.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
