Dr. Jennifer Thomas makes me feel comfortable and explains everything in terms that I can understand. She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Her medical assistant was professional and explained step by step of what she was doing to prepare me for my Cystocopy today. Dr. Thomas explained the procedure and helped me to be comfortable before starting. And showed me my bladder on the screen during procedure and explained every area of bladder as she performed. I left feeling very comfortable and knowledgeable about my body. I only wish I had found Dr. Thomas years ago to treat my bladder. And provided literature to help me with triggers to my over bladder condition and requested a return following 4 months.

Dr. Jennifer Miles-Thomas was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was prepared for my visit and checked my records to see that I had a CT Scan in March 2025. This gave her a heads up on my reason for my appointment. I left understanding why my PMC wanted me to follow up with a Urologist. She explained the next step to determine what my condition might be.

One of the best urologist best hospital very nice and clean. The staff is so nice, I got there and I got taken in the room at the exact the time that I was there. I'm probably about three minutes.
