5.0 star star star star starDr Brian Flanagan, was very detailed. In explaining the e-rays, did perform a hands on exam of excess movement in the knee, and explained the reason for some of the misalignment in the knee, leg. All of it was delivered were any patients could easily understand. He offered next step options and a sequence that made logical sense. The final decision was clearly the patient/Dr. supported approval. He offered his expertise on a timeline for the various options He answered all my question. His support staff very efficient and reiterated the Dr instructions

5.0 star star star star starAgain, he did an amazing job...but I've only met him once, and I was looking forward to talking to him before I went in to Surgery, but he never made it to preop.. he answered my questions over the phone, which I guess is ok, but I was disappointed he couldn't come talk to me first.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
