Even though Dr. Eric sees a lot of patients, he always spends the time listening to the concerns I have for my daughter. He has seen her multiple times now, and is very friendly, even when she is shy.

Eric was one of the kindest, most thorough physicians we've ever seen anywhere and by far the best that we've seen in our visits to immediate care in St. Charles. The place was clearly busy, but he took the time to explain everything until we understood. He was also incredible with our autistic son, as if he already knew him and how to interact with him. We wish all providers could be like Eric!
