Dr. Zhou paid close attention, took notes, looked carefully at my concern, and made recommendations. Even though it was, as I hoped, nothing for alarm—ZIP!—he did not in any way suggest that my appointment was frivolous. This greatly raised my confidence about seeking medical attention overall, not feeling that situations warrant attention only after they have become major.

Dr. Zhou is awesome, he is very patient with his patients’ follow-ups. He understands how long, tedious and difficult it might be for a certain patient on their Dermatology journey. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Zhou and that is very important to build rapport between a physician and a patient.

Dr Zhou has been giving great care but it is difficult to overlook the fact that I had to wait in the exam room for 45 minutes for him to see me. I did appreciate that he still took his time and didn’t seem rushed although he was behind schedule.
