I really felt she listened to me and what my concerns were. She explained very well the results of my testing. She would ask periodically if I had any questions. I did, and she answered them honestly and informatively

(3) Upon request about Head injury images without delay She explained and made copy of images, very promptly and found she seems knowledgeable and courteous.

The Dr. Trotta explained everything I needed to know with showing me the result CT, and explained to me about my injury. She tested different parts of body and made me sure that I shouldn't be worried about this injury. It was what I really needed to hear from a specialist.

This was my first time meeting Pam Trotta. I was impressed with her knowledge level and the time she took to explain so thoroughly to me why I was experiencing pain and in what areas of my spine. She was an active listener even when I provided way too much information.

External Professional Relationships

Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
