Dr Vi is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, friendly and gets the job done. No judgements, cared about my issues and answered my stupid questions (like Botox comes from rat poison!). Dr. Duong was friendly and very professional. She had obviously reviewed my history and was prepared for my appointment. She was gentle, explained her findings during her exam, and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Seeing a physician always is stressful for me but Dr. Duong put me at ease.
