She listens to your concerns she replies with questions you asked in a manner you can understand cuz a lot of things are technical so she broke it down like a 5th grader for me so I could understand it I already have so many things wrong with me already I guess we'll just pile that on too jiminy crickets thank you very much she's awesome

Her exam was very thorough. She very quickly and easily established rapport. The explanation of her findings and the options available to me for correcting my vision were very easily understandable and concise. I was automatically provided with a copy of my prescription for my glasses as I would have to make multiple decisions regarding how to correct my vision.
