As stated in my above note. She is outstanding and so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my medical issue. She explained next steps to deal with my issue and gives me hope. She explained next steps if my current treatment did not work. She is the BEST PA in the world. She gave me hope.

I have a friend who has some experience in dealing with the healthcare system and he told me some things to look out for and all expectations were met or exceeded. He also said that the patients that frequent the NM system will not put up with anything less than stellar service/competence so Katie should be around a long time.
