Gemma is an engaging medical professional that listens to me and addresses my concerns one by one. She deliberates about each of my concerns and provide suggestions and listens to my input. If I have a problem with some type of medication, she suggest alternative and gets back to me. She's a real asset to the medical staff at NW.

Gemma explains every prescription given what it does. She analized what the problem is and communicate thoroughlly to the patient and to the primary doctors concerning the situation. She patienly have time to listen and not in a hurry to listen and return calls what happened to test results after each visit give advice on what to do. She is the best!

Gemma is very nice. She discussed Enestro and how it's more beneficial than Enalapril but I did not want to change and deal with any new side effects. She also told me I can see her more often with any concerns since Dr Vorovich's schedule is so full.
