5.0 star star star star starShe came highly recommended by my rehab doctor, is conservative in treating a high risk challenge, and clearly has great qualifications. She also is creative in trying to approach my spine differently that done in two previous surgeries.

5.0 star star star star starShe was also incredibly kind and so empathetic to my situation. I feel better being in her hands than I did with my last doctor. She also made sure I understood everything she told me. Noel has also been amazing. She promptly answers my questions on the app and is just really great.

5.0 star star star star starI came to Dr Ganju for a second opinion. It was helpful. I'm very fearful about having additional surgery on my back as the first surgery I had from a different hospital did not go very well. Some day if I should have surgery from Dr Ganju and it goes well, I'd likely give her a 10

5.0 star star star star starDr Ganju was simple, clear and effective. She took time to understand and listen. The explanations were detailed and well communicated, even walking me through the scans and what they showed. Trust was built immediately and I left wanting Dr Ganju to follow my progress and treatment over its full course.

5.0 star star star star starShe listened to all my concerns and spent a lot of time with me explaining all my options and making a plan for the future. I felt more informed than I was prior to seeing her. I also felt my total health and welfare was being addressed.

5.0 star star star star starI’ve only met her once. She was kind, honest but I have to wait for a verdict on my situation after the team meeting. So we’ll see. I liked her and I’ve not found a neurosurgeon who I like and hadn’t made things worse for me. I’m hopeful about her and northwestern. Very positive 1st meeting. She’s the 1st one to make note of past events and certain conditions.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
