2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderFelt like I wasn't heard. Doctor seemed to be in a hurry and I felt rushed. I went to see a surgeon before this one through northwestern for my back and was basically laughed out of their office. I was hoping this first appointment with this new surgeon would be different, but it really wasn't.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ganju is the best Dr. I have ever had. She is prepared for our appointment, she inquires about how I am doing, reviews the diagnostic results with me and explains her conclusions about the results in clear and helpful language, offers suggestions for how I can improve my condition, and is simply a delight to interact with.

4.0 star star star star star_borderVery smart, very empathetic, enjoyable conversation. Made me feel important. The process to get to her was poorly run. Very long wait from MRI to talking with her and my concerns that there was a serious injury were not allayed prior to that time. The tele-health call took place one hour after the scheduled time. The practice called me to collect my copay. The practice called me to check on my medication when I was not taking any. No one contacted me to let me know the doctor was behind schedule. Waiting for 90 minutesâ€because I was instructed to be ready 30 minutes prior to the scheduled timeâ€was inconsiderate to me as a patient.

5.0 star star star star starI appreciated Dr Ganju's recommendations. I would have liked a more comprehensive physical exam. I felt the physical exam was very abbreviated (possibly due to Covid concerns?). I had waited 6 weeks to see her and I felt the visit could have had more physical assessment as it was an in person visit, but again, it's possible exam was abbreviated due to covid. She did a good job explaining the next steps, but I would have appreciated more information about the prognosis and if she could have shared her experiences with treating this condition. I left feeling unsure about my prognosis. She did a good job encouraging me to follow up with progress through the MyNM messages.
