5.0 star star star star starShe looked at My MRI’s Results and gave Me information about different things that needed to be none. She sent Me for different X-rays that could Pen Point the Problem. I feel confident that my problem is finally being looked at, and hopefully to give me some relief from the pain.

4.0 star star star star star_borderShe did give me all the time I wanted so didn’t feel rushed but for a post surgical visit I would have thought there would have been some more observation of me in motion or at least look at the incision region.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very insightful. Gave me a referral for something I didn’t know about that existed that can and hopefully will help me heal all my damaged muscles and function better for now. Maybe be able to prolong having surgery. I have been needing this help for 12 long exhausting years. I hope it works out.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ganju's daily schedule is busy, like most, but she did an amazing job answering questions in a way that were helpful and empathetic to our situation. She's always been open to conversation and provides thoughts and recommendations that are beneficial and easy to understand to the patient.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ganju listens to her patients and gives the best care and treatment. Her PA Karen is fantastic too! I leave the office feeling like they care about not only my spine health but my overall health. I really appreciate that!

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDoctor was rushing. She didn’t allow me to speak very much. She quickly dismissed any potential treatments at Northwestern and referred me to Shirley Ryan to see if they might have some treatment for me. She left the room and said was coming back but instead sent her PA. I felt hopeless

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderI was very disappointed with the outcome of my visit. There were long intervals when no one was in the exam room with me and my wife, and when Dr. Ganju was there, she received a telephone call and left the exam room and never returned. All I received was a referral for physical therapy and a request to see a neurologist, which I found out the quickest I could see a neurologist in my south suburban area was in July 2023.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderCompletely dismissed my concerns, did not even entertain alternative solutions. Told me to "tough it out" despite the fact that I can't work or even stand on my own. She minimized my pain and refused to discuss any kind of surgery.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderShe didn't listen to our concerns. I left feeling more confused about what is going on with my health than when I first got there. I feel she rushed through the appointment and didn't take the time to listen to us.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
