5.0 star star star star starI would rate the physician at the immediate care center highly. She thoroughly examined my case, taking extra time to understand what the previous physician couldn't resolve during my second visit. She not only explained the situation to me but also provided a phone number to follow up with the doctor.

5.0 star star star star starEmily was thorough and made me feel at ease. Emily was very professional and friendly. She made sure she addressed all my concerns, as well as made sure I knew what to do when I left. I would not hesitate to have her care for me again.

5.0 star star star star starWhile both the doc and I had the same hypothesis of what my diagnosis would reveal, she didn't get ahead of herself. The tests came back negative. She was honest with her diagnosis, and recommended coming back if anything got worse. She was overall very accommodating.

5.0 star star star star starVery thorough and thoughtful, ruled out pneumonia with a chest X-ray, treating me appropriately for bronchitis rather than with Covid meds since I have been symptomatic for several weeks but tested positive just today.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
