Specific to this visit, Janice immediately picked up that I was not well. She acted fast and deliberate to ensure she had quick answers to make a decision. I'm grateful for her quick actions which I believe gave me a fighting chance of getting over the pneumonia. Thank you Janice for your attention and care.

Janice is similar to Dr. [name] in that she listens thoroughly and takes time to integrate my history and physical into her knowledge base. She then references medical information and shares it with me also orders tests that we agree makes sense. She makes me an important part of planning process.
