This is my second appointment with Janice and she was able to diagnosis my issues almost immediately each time. I believe it's because she is always actively listening to your concerns. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.

Dr. Heffernan was efficient quick, she was helpful and proactive. She thought ahead to see when a follow up appointment was needed and this reduced the burden on me of scheduling everything. She has great bedside manner and explained everything she was doing and if she was concerned about anything.

When told her my health history & fears, she didn't judge me. And when I cried, she asked me if it was okay if she rubbed my arm and she gave me tissues. She was not only knowledgeable, but she was also compassionate. We need more like her in healthcare. Thank you Janice. I'm really glad I was able to see you today!
