Rachel is an absolute angel. She is easy to talk to and she LISTENS. She is always respectful and she explains EVERYTHING! I never feel like I'm "on the clock" when I see her. She takes her time and I never feel rushed.

Rachel is one of the NW staff who exhibits the care and sensitivity that I mentioned. Being a patient in the colorectal clinic is hard enough. You want to be seen by someone who understands your concerns and hesitancy about exams. She listens and that is important to me. She is also very encouraging.

Rachel was outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone needing a compassionate and caring professional. She introduced herself and took a very comprehensive history. After that she explained in detail what the next step would be. I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She asked a colorectal surgeon to consult on my case. He was very very pleasant and I forgot his name, but I would recommend him also. The whole experience was scary but I felt at ease with the care I received.
