5.0 star star star star starDr. Jain was very kind and patient w/my son who is mentally challenged and ADHD. He went over several things w/us r/t Kyle's care and anything that may be pertinent w/my daughter w/Kyle's congenital defect. We had to wait a little bit but not terribly long and Dr. Jain was very apologetic r/t this. We love Northwestern for my son's care.

5.0 star star star star starHe's very kind and takes the time to listen and address my health concerns. C. Charles Jain MD was my cardiologist at Mayo. My seeking him out after his departure from Mayo speaks volumes of my respect for him.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Jain did not make me feel rushed during the appointment and showed genuine concern for my condition. I also appreciated that he wanted to get to know me and establish a rapport. Too often I feel rushed by doctors and like they don't even want to hear what I have to say. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his approach to healthcare.

5.0 star star star star starI was worried when I had to set up an appointment with a new cardiologist after having Dr. Mendelson for 29 years, but I really liked Dr. Jain. He acknowledged that it's very difficult to have a change of care and he took quite a bit of time with me. He had researched my history, answered my many questions very patiently. I'm actually really happy that he joined Northwestern and it's always good to get another set of eyes and have someone for the next phase of my life. He's definitely a great asset.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Jain was amazing. He was very attentive to my needs, and he was thorough with everything we discussed. I really appreciated his time and expertise. I hope I don't have to go back to cardiology again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely come back to Dr. Jain at Northwestern.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
