She explains procedures thoroughly and makes sure you understand options. She has an incredible bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. It is clear that the staff loves her as well. The team is always happy and supportive.

5.0 star star star star starMs. Brown was friendly, informative and has great communication skills ~ asked and answered questions about my health concerns, listened attentively, thoroughly explained test results, made recommendations to maintain good health and offered information about optional treatment, if wanted. She made me feel like my health was her top priority.

Pat was compassionate when I was saddened at my diagnosis. She answered all of my questions, had solid recommendations for how I can cope to keep my condition under control. Good visit.
