Pat is a professional. She reviews your history prior to walking in the room and knows why you are there. She explains procedures thoroughly and makes sure you understand options. She has an incredible bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. It is clear that the staff loves her as well. The team is always happy and supportive.

Fantastic... explained everything, as procedure progressed she checked in on how I was doing frequently, talked through what she was doing, very clearly set the expectation and clearly informed me of what I needed to do when i left.

Pat Brown and her nurses or med techs, were very kind and asked poignant questions about my painful experience the last few weeks with my legs. Pat was compassionate when I was saddened at my diagnosis. She answered all of my questions, had solid recommendations for how I can cope to keep my condition under control. Good visit.
