Susan is amazing. She genuinely cares and listens. She’s not afraid to ask the hard questions and gives sound advice. She has helped my husband and I in our personal lives and of course during the whole infertility journey. She is very knowledgeable about the medical side of that as well. My husband and I like to say “everybody needs a Susan!” We are thankful to have found her.

I saw Dr. Klock 5-6 years ago when I was pregnant and used an egg donor. She was wonderful then, and today my husband and I discussed disclosure to our son with her. Her advice was truly invaluable to us! She is so good at her job!
