5.0 star star star star starAwesome, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring. He listens to ones concerns and finds the best solution for treatment. He also incorporates other physicians needed to provide a comprehensive team and treatment plan. He is an asset to Northwestern and most of all his patients. I am very lucky to have him as my Cardiologist. Thank you.

Discussed what he thinks is appropriate at your stage of illness doesn't just offer procedures per protocol or just because they can be done. A professional who's interests are in patients quality of life. Thinks of treatment applications short and long term. Treatment changes are gradual and well thought out to be mo I tired carefully cause and effect.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Woo takes the time to review everything, prior to the appointment, discuss his ideas for what the plan moving forward is and how I feel about it as a patient, and makes me feel more confident about my medical situation.

5.0 star star star star starWe had never met Dr. Woo but he came in before my surgery, introduced himself, & told us everything he would & wouldn't do. And asked if we had any questions. He said it might take between 1-2 hours but I was finished in a half hour or less. Afterward he explained what he found & what steps needed to be taken next. He was very helpful.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
