Anna was very caring and explained the results of the nasal endoscopy in terms that were easy to understand. She also recommended a follow-up with a speech therapist, a few nasal sprays to try to alleviate my cough, and doubling up on a Rx that had been prescribed by my allergist. I've followed her advice and I'm happy to say that something must be working since I'm seeing a lot of improvement in just a few days.
