Dr. Derrick is AMAZING. She takes her time and truly listens to any and all concerns I have. I never feel rushed when I see her. She is kind and compassionate and incredibly helpful. I have been seeing her for 15+ years and even though I have moved 45 minutes away, I am still willing to travel to see her because she is the best.

I feel that Dr. Derrick is more attentive to my healthcare needs than my previous doctor (of over 30 years) at Duly Healthcare. That doctor had a wait and see attitude while Dr. Derrick addressed my healthcare needs immediately with positive results.

Dr. Derrick actually deserves a much higher score than 10. She has been my primary doctor for many years and she answers any of my Chart messages very fast. I feel comfortable discussing any issues with her and never feel rushed. She really listens and is concerned.

At each visit Dr. Melody Derrick evidences a thorough understanding of my health. She coordinates with NM cardiologists to monitor my heart disease. Because of Dr. Derrick and her attentive care, my other problematic medical conditions (hypothyroidism, diabetes) are controlled. Dr. Derrick is proficient, professional, and empathetic. In addition to medical treatment, Dr. Derrick exhibits compassionate interest in my life and shares details from her own.
