Ericka is a great listener and provides great care in my experience. I arrived 15 mins before my 9am appointments and was called into the exam room in less than 5 minutes. However, it was 9:25 when Erika walked in. If they are running late as early as 9am, I'd appreciate someone letting me know. I try to avoid afternoon appointments for that very reason.
