I feel he takes the time to listen to what is ailing his patients and figures out the best possible solution to resolve any issues. Makes sure all (I mean all) test are done to the patient before leaving and then makes sure there is a follow up set.

Dr. Nicolas has been my primary care doctor for almost 3 decades - and if you meet with him - you will know why I rate him a 10. He is extremely thorough and thoughtful and keeps up with the latest in medical treatments and protocols. Almost always has a medical resident or student with him - which shows you he is a great example as well. Have referred at least a dozen other patients his way over the years - all extremely thankful for helping them find a great doctor.
