Sr Sturgeon was very forthright in addressing my concerns. Very pleasant, demeanor. Provided clarity with the results of my thyroid scan in language I understood. Unlike the My Chart explanations which were so technical. I needed a medical dictionary to fully understand the findings.

Wow! What a pro! I was so nervous when I arrived. Dr. Sturgeon reviewed my medical record with me and my husband. He clarified several points and then explained the procedure and the analytical process he used to recommend next steps. His explanation was excellent. The procedure went well and we were on our way. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Dr. Sturgeon is just the kind of doctor one would hope would be there to take care of you when you need it. It is clear that he is a super star in his field and Northwestern and Chicago are so fortunate to have him. He is experienced and thoughtful in his approach which makes it easy to trust him. As a patient, you know that you will be getting the very best care. He also has the respect of the staff in his office and at the hospital. There was not a person who took care of me that did not share that they loved working with him. I felt very grateful that he was willing to provide the care I needed.
