He listened and gave me two options of what my problem could be and he nailed it with the obscure second option. He also was clear in that I wouldn't need the antibiotics if no infection which save me money. He called me right away when he got the cat scan results and went through them with me so I would t have to wait. He made it all happen STAT because I was in pain and it could have been serious. I was very concerned because I believe diverticulitis is what led to my father's death in 2018. (Not at NW or even in IL)

Dr. Conte-Russian saved my life! He listened to my issues and acted on what he heard. I've had chest pains for years and it's always been muscular. This time it was not, even though I was ready to dismiss it. Dr. Conte-Russian insisted that I get more testing which led to cardiac bypass surgery. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Conte-Russian.
