She was very nice and explained every detail of my procedure. She also had a visual to support her explanation. As an educator I really appreciated the alternate modality of explanation. She was clean and also respectful to her medical assistant. I was able to see my colopscopy on the monitor and she explained what she saw that was possibly abnormal and what her concerns were.
