5.0 star star star star starAside from the aforementioned Dr. Cheema was excellent in presenting the test results right away as I was anxious he introduced himself to my son and daughter seemingly unalarmed they were present and even inquired if they had questions. His calming demeanor turned the anxiousness to not even an afterthought. My children were at ease and we are thankful to have the results expediently and the terminology from NM My Chart explained in detail we were all very relieved and grateful.

5.0 star star star star starDr Cheema was very knowledgeable regarding my overall health especially my heart health he took into consideration my concerns and expressed several thoughts that may attribute to my lack of energy along with additional meds that may help and follow up with him as well as his staff to monitor progress. Dr Cheema made me feel extremely comfortable and I am confident that my heart is in very capable hands. A young man T. [last name] assisting Dr Cheema was very professional and pleasant going over my health history comfortably. I certainly hope Northwestern hires this future doctor.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
