4.0 star star star star star_borderI really like Dr. Cramer's quick, to-the-point approach. However, scheduling is consistently a challenge. The second time I saw Dr. Cramer, about a year ago, it was for a new issue. Because I was a returning patient, I was scheduled for a shorter appointment. The good news is that she rolled with it and gave me an exercise that resolved my issue within days of practicing it. This time, I mentioned that it was for a new issue, was scheduled for a longer appointment, but was in and out in under 20 minutes. Confusing.
