She took the pieces and assimilated the treatment plan into a clinically appropriate one while educating what the standards of treatment are. She gave hope and encouragement that continued improvement was possible. She was authoritative without being arrogant or condescending.

She asked me questions about my health issues and listened to me. She addressed my medical issues with professionalism and concern. I’m pleased she is a part of my medical team.
