5.0 star star star star starDr. Hammond ‘s bedside manner is professional, comforting, and attentive. You never feel rushed and you feel that what you say matters. He makes you feel at ease when discussing your health and health care concerns even when the subject matter is sensitive. I so appreciate the care I have received as one of Dr. Hammond patients.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hammond was very patient, kind and gave explanations and a plan. He did not take unnecessary procedures, instead he did what was necessary to find out more. He was on time, I didn't have to wait long at all. I'm usually afraid to see male doctors but I was completely comfortable. I appreciate his pleasant and professional demeanor.

5.0 star star star star starI’m a new patient of Dr. Hammond. This being only my 2nd visit His bedside manner is amazing. He was very thorough, taking you step by step to explain his findings. He also gives you the opportunity to explain your symptoms, along with giving you time to ask questions. He has been very kind, and reassuring I am very thankful to have be assigned to Dr Hammond.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hammond is an amazing person. He is gentle, caring and super professional. He took time with me and since I am disabled, I felt cared for. He also did not rush, and took his time in the procedure, which was right since the size of speculum was a smaller one.

5.0 star star star star starHe is amazing and cares so much. I had to have a procedure and before it he told me I am in control as it is my body and if something hurts or is bothering me to let him know. Just an amazing and caring attitude all around.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
