5.0 star star star star starHe is very thorough, kind, and understanding. I just wish management and scheduling wouldn't book his appointments so close together. If they didn't do that, maybe I wouldn't be in their office for 2-4 hours each time I have an appointment with him

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDr. Haddadin is very nice, but visits are very rushed. He says he is always available to see patients and discuss their care (which I genuinely think he cares), but seems to lack creating opportunities in the visit to address patient concerns and providing next steps (what activities may be resumed, what drops to keep taking, etc.). Trying an improv class may be helpful for developing listening skills.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Haddadin thoroughly reviews the health of his patient's eyes. He consistently prepares himself by reviewing my past records and conscientiously tracks the status of my conditions. In addition to being a caring physician, he exhibits a genuine concern for his patient's health and listens to me when I have concerns and want to communicate symptoms and experiences. I highly recommend his care.

5.0 star star star star starHe took good care of my eye when treating me. I have no issues after he did the procedure. He was very thorough, careful and caring. He explained the procedure and gave me the instruction to follow up with the treatment at home. He also gave me a follow up appointment to make sure everything is OK. He is a great doctor.

5.0 star star star star starI am a patient of Dr Palmer but have been unable to get an appointment with him as needed. As recommended by Dr Palmer staff, I made appointment with Dept of Opthalmology/Dr Haddadin. He is great! He gave a thorough exam and answered all my questions. My eye pressure was slightly elevated at first visit so I needed to return in a month. Dr Haddadin put me at ease relative to my concerns about glaucoma and how I needed to move forward. I have been a patient of Dr Palmer for many years so I will return to his care. However, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to see Dr Haddadin as my opthalmology physician.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
