5.0 star star star star starAndrea is absolutely amazing! I saw her in the midst of a very scary moment in my early pregnancy and her guidance, kindness and care made me feel so calm, encouraged and reassured with everything I had going on. She listened to my concerns thoroughly and made me feel heard and comforted. I look forward to our future appointments together and would recommend her to anyone!

5.0 star star star star starAndrea Jackson and the MA who helped me today were outstanding. Going through my first pregnancy has been a bit nerve racking but they made me feel at ease. The MA (whose name I cannot remember now - apologies) was so nice and helpful. Andrea did not rush me. She made sure she went over everything going on in the pregnancy. She took the time to hear my concerns and answer all of my questions. She took time to ease my concerns and reassure me. I was so grateful for this appointment and the customer service they both provided me. I left smiling and in an excited about my pregnancy. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starAndrea the nurse practitioner who did my assessment was kind and she had a beautiful smile on when she introduced herself. Since I had a miscarriage the first pregnancy I am a bit nervous but she calmed me and reminded me to stay in a positive mindset and reassured me that there is a whole group that would be there for me during this pregnancy. She also told me there was always someone I could reach out if I have questions and that was very reassuring, I feel like I'm in the best care.

5.0 star star star star starAndrea Jackson was very professional and never acted like she was in a hurry. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns. She addressed all of my needs and made a plan of care with me of what to expect if my symptoms do not improve with the new medications she ordered. I have never had a Pap smear before and she told me what she was going to do so I knew what to expect. She is absolutely a caring and compassionate nurse practitioner, and you can tell she loves the work that she does as well as how much she cares about her patient's health.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
