5.0 star star star star starThorough and identified the problem and treatment. Felt confident my son was treated properly. She also mentioned to feel free to come back if we need him to be looked at again (his burn). Friendly and polite. Angie the nurse was also great.

5.0 star star star star starKristina Hajek, PA-C listened and didn't dismiss my concerns for my sick daughter. I'm so grateful and it really helped put my mind at ease to help make sure my daughter is ok. She didn't rush us and supported us with care and kindness.

5.0 star star star star starShe was wonderful and compassionate. She took the time to listen to what I was saying and didn't brush me off. She was comforting when I was crying about the awful experience previous to her. Whether or not she actually said something to the nurse, I don't know. But it was nice that she took me seriously and seemed to genuinely want to help.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
