Dr. Ly is truly the best PCP that I have ever had. I drive a long distance to stay in his care and wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. He is caring, compassionate and takes his time during the appointment. All questions are answered and I always leave feeling well informed and genuinely cared for. He also has the best personality and you feel instantly at ease, no matter the health issue.

I never give a perfect score, but my experience with Dr. Ly (2 visits in just over a year) was excellent. While a young doctor relatively new to practice, he seems quite competent & knowledgeable. He is very personable and was very much engaged with our conversation about my wellbeing during our visits. I would recommend him to anyone.

He listens to my issues and thoughts about what I think is the problem. We have a good discussion and he explains the reasons for his treatment plan. Everything he says makes sense. He writes extensive notes in my treatment plan. Also, I have been able to get appointments within a few days of my call so I don't have to pay to go to an immediate care doctor for a simple important issue.
