I first met Dr. Ly 3 years ago during his first week on the job. I was very impressed by his knowledge and suggestions. Due to his suggestions, I saw an ENT and was in surgery within 2 days. If it hadn't been for Dr. Ly's recommendation, I never would've thought to see an ENT. He actually remembered me from 3 years ago.

Dr. Ly is fantastic. Always makes me feel involved in my health care. Ask me questions, asks if I have questions. Solution-oriented for every ailment I have small or large. It's been a busy couple of years for me health-wise and I feel like he's there for me through it all.

Dr. Ly is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he is kind. He is not afraid to really talk with me about all aspects of my health, even the difficult topics. He is always listening while ensuring I feel supported. I never want to go to see a doctor, but that is very different with Dr. Ly. He is incredible.
