I absolutely love Lia Moss. She makes me feel so cared for, not judged, comfortable, and safe. Which I think is so important here. She knows things about me and my personal life and always asks me about them when I come in. She doesn't make me feel rushed and listens to me. She should be recognized for how great she really is.

She was on time to start, which was great. Extremely kind and professional. Went over my health history and listened to my input. It didn't feel like she was rushing through things or just going through the motions. Spoke to me like an individual patient and I felt comfortable and heard.
