Dr. Kerr was able to get me in for a last minute appointment when my gynecologist, Dr. Laura Stock, refused to even address my hormone replacement therapy issues in December. Thankfully Dr. Kerr cares, listened, and made the appropriate changes.

Having been a patient at Northwestern Medicine for over 25 years, she's the best physician I've had, and my expectations are high. She engages in a thorough inquiry medically and holistically, has incredible recall of details and history, spends time deep-diving different specialists in my chart to inform my current care and to look ahead. She's extremely responsive to non-urgent questions, always replies much quicker than a typical 24-48 hour turn-around. She'll stay late, help with scheduling or rescheduling difficulties, is there extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, caring, reassuring while also cautiously keeping an eye on when to watch a condition or test result more closely. I simply can't say enough about her. Please share my comments (if this is a part of your protocols. Highest praise and gratitude to her !!!
